This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, refund, and return conditions for consultation packages and rhythm sessions purchased from Pureodetoxify through pureodetoxify.world. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that comply with Dutch consumer protection law and EU distance selling regulations.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all consultation products offered by Pureodetoxify, including:

• Starter Rhythm Assessment (€89 one-time)
• Four-Week Integration Plan (€249 package)
• Premium Daily Rhythm Coaching (€449 for three months)
• Individual rhythm sessions booked separately

Our consultation services are classified as digital content and services under EU consumer law. Specific withdrawal rights and exceptions are detailed in the sections below.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing services online from Pureodetoxify, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the contract date without giving any reason, in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the service contract is concluded, which is the date you receive written confirmation of your booking from Pureodetoxify.

2.2 Early Service Commencement

If you request that we begin delivering consultation services before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be partially or fully forfeited for services already rendered. Specifically:

• If a rhythm session has been fully completed within the withdrawal period, you will be charged a proportionate amount for that session
• If personalised consultation materials (such as your daily activity blueprint) have been delivered, the value of those materials will be deducted from any refund
• You must provide express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed

2.3 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase, send a clear statement of your decision to message@pureodetoxify.world or contact us at +31624097806. Include your full name, booking reference, package purchased, and date of purchase. You may use the following model withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following consultation service: [package name], ordered on [date], name of consumer: [your name], address: [your address], date: [today's date], signature (if sent by post).

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Timeline

If your withdrawal or cancellation qualifies for a refund, Pureodetoxify will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree to an alternative method.

3.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following circumstances:

• You have attended one or more rhythm sessions within a multi-session package
• Personalised consultation documents have been created and delivered to you
• You cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice (see Section 4)

The partial refund amount is calculated as the total package price minus the value of services already rendered, determined at the standard per-session rate for your package tier.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Individual Session Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule an individual rhythm session at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled session time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of that session without refund or rescheduling, except in cases of documented emergency or illness at our discretion.

4.2 Package Cancellation After Withdrawal Period

After the 14-day withdrawal period, you may cancel your remaining sessions in a multi-session package. A pro-rata refund will be calculated for unused sessions, minus a €25 administrative fee. No refund is available for sessions already completed or forfeited due to late cancellation.

4.3 Cancellation by Pureodetoxify

If we cancel your session or package due to consultant unavailability or other reasons on our end, you will receive a full refund for the affected session or a complimentary rescheduling at your convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, a full pro-rata refund applies.

5. Package-Specific Return Terms

5.1 Starter Rhythm Assessment

Full refund available if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled assessment and within the 14-day withdrawal period. If the assessment has been completed, no refund is available. The €89 fee may be credited toward a larger package upgrade within 30 days of the assessment date.

5.2 Four-Week Integration Plan

Full refund available within the 14-day withdrawal period if no sessions have been attended. After the first session, a pro-rata refund is calculated at €62.25 per completed session, with the remaining balance refunded minus the €25 administrative fee. The personalised daily activity blueprint is considered delivered after the second session.

5.3 Premium Daily Rhythm Coaching

Full refund available within the 14-day withdrawal period if no sessions have been attended. After sessions begin, a pro-rata refund is calculated at €74.83 per completed session, with the remaining balance refunded minus the €25 administrative fee. The three-month commitment is fulfilled upon completion of all six bi-weekly sessions.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

• Rhythm sessions that have been fully attended and delivered
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
• Missed sessions without prior notice (no-show)
• The €25 administrative fee applied to mid-package cancellations after the withdrawal period
• Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf with your prior approval

7. Dissatisfaction and Service Quality

Your satisfaction with our daily activity consultation services is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with a rhythm session, please contact us within 7 days of the session at message@pureodetoxify.world. We will review your concerns and may offer a complimentary follow-up session, package adjustment, or partial credit at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact Pureodetoxify directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks for services that were delivered as agreed may result in suspension of future bookings. We will provide documentation of service delivery to payment processors when disputing invalid chargebacks.

9. Your Statutory Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law. If consultation services are not delivered with reasonable care and skill, you may have additional remedies under the Dutch Civil Code, including the right to demand performance, price reduction, or contract termination in certain circumstances.

If you are unable to resolve a dispute with us directly, you may contact the Geschillencommissie or seek resolution through the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
