By accessing our website, purchasing consultation packages, or booking rhythm sessions, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Pureodetoxify is a consultation service based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, specialising in helping individuals integrate daily activity into their routines. Our services include the Starter Rhythm Assessment, Four-Week Integration Plan, Premium Daily Rhythm Coaching, and related rhythm sessions. We operate from Pijnackerstraat 7, 1072 JS Amsterdam, Netherlands.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting pureodetoxify.world, submitting a contact form, purchasing a consultation package, or attending a rhythm session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

3. Eligibility

Our consultation services are available to individuals aged 18 years or older who reside in or are visiting the Netherlands. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authorisation to do so.

4. Services Description

Pureodetoxify provides educational and consultative services focused on integrating daily activity into personal routines. Our services include:

• Starter Rhythm Assessment: a single 60-minute consultation with activity audit and written summary
• Four-Week Integration Plan: four weekly 45-minute sessions with a personalised daily activity blueprint
• Premium Daily Rhythm Coaching: six bi-weekly 60-minute sessions over three months with ongoing support
• Individual rhythm sessions as described on our Sessions page

Our consultations are informational and supportive in nature. They are designed to help you structure daily activity habits and do not constitute professional fitness instruction, physiotherapy, or any regulated activity beyond general lifestyle consultation.

5. Booking and Payment

5.1 Booking Process

Consultation packages and rhythm sessions are booked by contacting us through the form on pureodetoxify.world or by phone at +31624097806. A booking is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation including the date, time, format (in-person or online), and package details.

5.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in euros (EUR) and include applicable Dutch VAT (BTW). Current package prices are: Starter Rhythm Assessment €89, Four-Week Integration Plan €249, and Premium Daily Rhythm Coaching €449 for three months. Prices may be updated at our discretion, but confirmed bookings are honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.

5.3 Payment Methods

Payment is due before or at the time of your first session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Invoices are provided for all transactions in compliance with Dutch invoicing requirements.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Client Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session. Package-level cancellation terms are detailed in our Return Policy.

6.2 Provider Cancellation

If Pureodetoxify needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rata refund or credit will be applied.

7. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our consultation services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your daily routines, preferences, and any relevant physical limitations
• Attend scheduled rhythm sessions on time, whether in person at our Amsterdam office or via the agreed online platform
• Apply reasonable effort to implement the daily activity strategies discussed during consultations
• Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new physical activity if you have concerns about your ability to participate safely
• Treat our consultants and other clients with respect during all interactions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on pureodetoxify.world, including text, graphics, logos, consultation materials, daily activity blueprints, and session frameworks, is the intellectual property of Pureodetoxify or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent. Personalised plans provided to you during consultations are for your individual use only.

9. Website Use

When using pureodetoxify.world, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Dutch or EU law
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through our contact forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or its security features

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our consultation services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Individual experiences vary based on personal commitment, lifestyle factors, and starting conditions. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will produce any particular result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Pureodetoxify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or consultation services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific consultation package giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pureodetoxify, its consultants, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, your misuse of our website, or your failure to follow appropriate safety precautions when implementing daily activity recommendations.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as Google Maps for location display. These links are provided for convenience only. Pureodetoxify does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our consultation services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board but will consider doing so on a case-by-case basis.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For active consultation package holders, material changes will be communicated directly.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
